GedSite Version 5.12 Released

This release includes several enhancements and changes. Please see the Change Log for details.

.NET 10

As of version 5.12, GedSite uses .NET 10, the latest long-term support version of the .NET infrastructure. .NET 10 is a modern infrastructure for building applications and guarantees that GedSite has a solid foundation. Prior to this release, GedSite was built with .NET 8.

You must install the .NET 10.0 Desktop Runtime package if you do not have it already. If you have already installed the .NET 10.0 Desktop Runtime package, you do not have to install it again but doing so won't hurt and will make sure you have the latest revision of .NET 10.

The Install help page has instructions for downloading and installing .NET 10.
